Samyn-D´Elia Architects, PA is a seven-person firm located in a turn-of-the-century, renovated mill building on the Squam River in Ashland, New Hampshire. Since 1981, Principal Architects, Ward D´Elia and Tom Samyn have been providing award-winning design services for residential, commercial, municipal and hospitality projects throughout New Hampshire.
The Lawton Company was incorporated as a General Contracting and Construction Management company in 1992. The company, which averages 30 construction managers and craftspeople, strives to be the most respected name in the field, redefining the standards by which all others are measured.
