Lawton Company |
| The Lawton
Company was incorporated as a General Contracting and Construction Management
company in June of 1992. It was established to serve the growing market of clients
who may require alternatives to the traditional style of contracting to fulfill
their building and capital improvement needs. Since that time, it has grown into
a true family business. |

| Donald Lawton is the President
and General Manager. He is an author on the subject of construction management
and was awarded Associated Builders and Contractor's Instructor of the Year honors
in 1989-1990 for his development and regional implementation of an estimating
course used to train project managers. He was selected to represent the industry
in Who's Who Directory of American Business for the special 2001 Millennium edition. |

| Victoria Lawton is the Controller, supervising all Business
Administration. She is a former Executive Director of Ski 93, and was instrumental
in the development and implementation of an international marketing program for
the White Mountain region. She has 25 years of experience in all aspects of sales,
marketing and business operations. |

| Shad Lawton
is the Vice President and Projects Manager. Having grown
up in the business, he has the special ability to "speak the language" of our
staff and customers equally, and keeps the wheels (literally) rolling. |

| The company averages 30 employees engaged in General Contracting,
CM work and trade services in three different states. Although the projects vary
from civil construction to commercial, residential and subcontract work, the method
of administering them and commitment to the Construction Management process does
not. |
